📍 Meeting Point: Sta. Ana Wharf, Davao City
🕕 Departure Time: 6:00 AM sharp (Please arrive early, as the boat will depart on time.)
🕔 Return Time: 5:00 PM

What to Bring?

• Fishing Gear – Guests are encouraged to bring their own. Rental gear is available and can be added to your booking.
• Food & Beverages – Guests should bring their own meals, but catering can be arranged upon request.
• Sun Protection – Hats, sunscreen, and sunglasses are highly recommended.
• Personal Essentials – Light clothing, towels, and motion sickness medication (if needed).

Booking & Policies

1. Reservation & Payment

✅ Advance Booking Required – All reservations must be made in advance to secure your slot.
✅ Full Payment Upon Booking – Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
✅ Payment Methods – We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payments. For manual bookings email us GFF.fishinggear@gmail.com

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

✅ No Refunds or Rescheduling – Once confirmed, bookings are non-refundable.
✅ Weather-Related or Government-Mandated Cancellations – If the trip is canceled due to severe weather or government restrictions/orders, guests will be offered:
     • A rescheduled date, or
     • A full refund (if rescheduling is not possible).

3. Punctuality & No-Show Policy

✅ Strict Departure Time – The boat will not wait for late arrivals. Guests must arrive at 6:00 AM sharp at Sta. Ana Wharf.
✅ No-Show Policy – If guests fail to arrive on time, the booking is forfeited with no refund.

4. Guest & Safety Requirements

✅ Guest Information Required – The full names of all passengers must be provided at the time of booking.
✅ Child Policy – Children must be accompanied by an adult. Life jackets will be provided.

5. Damage & Liability

✅ Equipment & Boat Care – Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the boat or rental gear.
✅ Liability Waiver – By booking, guests acknowledge that fishing and boating activities involve risks. GFF Fishing Charter is not liable for personal injuries, loss of personal belongings, or unexpected incidents during the trip.

6. Agreement to Policies

🔹 By completing the booking and making payment, guests acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these policies may result in cancellation without refund.
