📍 Meeting Point: Sta. Ana Wharf, Davao City
🕕 Departure Time: 6:00 AM sharp (Guests must arrive early, as the boat will leave on time.)
🕔 Return Time: 5:00 PM

• Personal Essentials – Light clothing, towels, and motion sickness medication (if needed).

Booking & Policies

1. Reservation & Payment

✅ Advance Booking Required – To secure your slot, bookings must be made in advance.
✅ Full Payment Upon Booking – Confirmation is only issued after full payment is received.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

✅ No Refunds or Rescheduling – Once booked, slots are non-refundable and non-transferable.
✅ Weather-Related or Government-Mandated Cancellations – If the trip is canceled due to severe weather or government restrictions/orders, guests will be offered:
     • A rescheduled date, or
     • A full refund (if rescheduling is not possible).
✅ Minimum Participants Required – If the minimum number of guests is not met, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel with prior notice.

3. Punctuality & No-Show Policy

✅ Strict Departure Time – The boat will not wait for late arrivals. Guests must arrive at 6:00 AM sharp.
✅ No-Show Policy – Guests who fail to arrive on time forfeit their booking with no refund.

4. Guest & Safety Requirements

✅ Guest Information Required – The full names of all passengers must be provided during booking.
✅ Child Policy – Children must be accompanied by an adult and wear a life jacket at all times.

5. Shared Boat Etiquette

✅ Respect Fellow Guests – This is a shared experience; please be courteous to other anglers.
✅ Keep the Boat Clean – Dispose of trash properly and keep the fishing area tidy.

6. Agreement to Policies

🔹 By booking this trip and completing payment, guests acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these policies may result in cancellation without refund.
