Fishing Gear Rental Policy

1. Eligibility

• Fishing gear rentals are only available to customers who book a shared or exclusive fishing charter with us.
• A valid ID is required before issuing the rental fishing gear. The ID will be returned after the rental period. This will serve as a security deposit in case of damage, loss, or the need to pay for equipment replacement.

2. Rental Duration & Fees

• Rental fees apply per trip and must be settled upon booking the fishing charter.
• Gear will be provided on the day of the fishing trip.
• Gear must be returned at the end of the charter to avoid additional charges.

3. Equipment Care & Responsibility

• Renters are responsible for the proper use and handling of the fishing gear. Any damage caused by negligence, such as dropping, knocking, improper use, failure to secure the equipment, loss, or theft, will require the renter to purchase the equipment at its full replacement cost. Lures and accessories are not included.

• Modifications or alterations to the gear are not allowed.
• GFF reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any rental-related concerns.

4. Return Policy

• Gear must be returned to the crew before disembarking.

5. Liability

• The company is not responsible for any injuries or accidents while using the rented gear.
• Renters assume all risks associated with fishing activities.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• No refunds will be provided for early returns or unused rental time.
• Weather-Related or Government-Mandated Cancellations:
• If the trip is canceled due to severe weather or government restrictions/orders, guests will be offered:
• A rescheduled date, or
• A full refund (if rescheduling is not possible).
